Exhibitor Space Description

You will be provided a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and a standard identification sign with your company name as it appears on the registration form. All exhibit tables will be in the carpeted pre-conference room where all of the meals and breaks will be served.

 

The exhibit hall will be open the following times:

  • Wed. Sept. 14 - 8:00 am - 1:30pm

  • Thur. Sept. 15 - 8:00 am - 12:30 pm

Fees:

Premium space - Tables 1 & 4

 (1 available) (2 - 6' tables)

  • $1,250/both days (includes electricity)

Standard space - Tables 2,3, 5, 6 (1 available) (1 - 6' table)

  • $1,000/both days (includes electricity)

Set-Up/Tear-Down

Set Up:

Tues. Sept. 13:  10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Tear Down:

Thur. Sept. 15: 12:30 pm 

Conference Registration:

One (1) complimentary registration valued at $300. This registration can be used by the exhibitor or another company of their choice to attend the conference and includes:

  1. One (1) breakfast ticket (Sept. 14 & 15)

  2. One (1) lunch ticket (Sept. 15)

  3. Two (2) drink tickets for the awards event

  4. 1 ticket to either the Evel Knievel Museum OR The Tee Box golf
     

Social Opportunities:

  1. Participation at either the Evel Knievel Museum or The Tee Box golf

  2. Participation in the Awards Celebration on September 15

  3. 2 hours of attendee time in the exhibit hall each day
     

Marketing:

  1. Listing in all digital and paper convention materials

  2. Logo on the conference website

What Do the 2023 Exhibitors Receive with the Purchase of a Booth?

Cancellation/Refunds

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent either by registered or certified mail. A full refund of exhibit fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be issued if space is cancelled in writing prior to August 15, after which fees are non-refundable.
