Exhibitor Space Description
You will be provided an 8-foot table, 2 chairs, and a standard identification sign with your company name as it appears on the registration form. All exhibit tables will be in the carpeted pre-conference room.
The exhibit hall will be open the following times:

$1,200/both days (includes electricity)

Cancellation/Refunds
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing and sent either by registered or certified mail. A full refund of exhibit fees, less processing fees, will be issued if space is cancelled prior to August 1, after which fees are non-refundable.
