ARE Study Session: Construction & Evaluation
This study session provides a focused overview of the Construction & Evaluation (CE) division, emphasizing how project delivery, bidding, and contract administration show up in exam questions and case studies. It connects real-world construction-phase practice to the CE content areas—preconstruction activities, bidding and negotiation, construction observation, evaluation of work, payment processing, risk and safety, and project closeout—so candidates can recognize what the exam is testing and respond with confidence.
