The model was founded in 2013 with a unique concept centered around empowering architects to follow their dreams. Providing them freedom with responsibility and directly rewarding them for their hard work.
This position is best suited for someone with 8+ years of experience but open to anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone itching to be their own boss. Someone who works hard and wants to be directly rewarded for their work.
Requirements
Entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to run a project from initial client meeting through construction
Proficient in required building codes
Able and willing to do business development
Successful client relationship skills
Great communicator and team oriented
Be able to work independently while still being able to direct and guide those under their command
Self-motivated
