2014 AIA Kansas Design Awards
AIA Kansas presented the 2014 Excellence in Architecture awards on Friday, October 3, during the annual conference in Wichita. To be eligible, entries had to be designed by architects who are AIA Kansas or by firms owned by AIA Kansas members. There were 33 entries in this year’s competition, and winners were selected by an independent jury chaired by Daniel Green, AIA, of Miller Dunwiddie in Minneapolis. Our thanks to Daniel and jury members Nina Ebbinghausen, Architectural Alliance +20 below; Geoff Warner, Alchemy Architects; and Bill Baxley, Leo A Daly. We have included the jury’s comments for each award winner. Read more about each of this year’s award-winning designs.
